  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or events beyond our control.
  • You must ensure that delivery details are correct; we cannot refund or replace orders delivered to incorrect addresses supplied by the customer.

8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

8.1 Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving any faulty, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • We may request photo evidence before authorising a return.
  • Once returned and inspected, a replacement or full refund will be issued.

8.2 Unwanted Items

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened e-liquids, vape kits, coils, or pods.
  • Unused and unopened products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund (excluding delivery costs).
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

9. Cancellation Rights (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods.
This does not apply to:

  • Opened or used e-liquids, coils, or disposable vapes, for hygiene reasons;
  • Custom-made or personalised items.

10. Safety and Use

  • All products containing nicotine should be used responsibly and kept out of reach of children and pets.
  • Kingston products are designed only for adult smokers or vapers.
  • Do not modify or misuse vaping products in any way.
  • Always follow manufacturer instructions and health warnings provided on packaging.

All content, including logos, product names, designs, images, and text on this website are the property of Kingston Trading (UK) Ltd.
